Defense is highly important to the Kirin, and to supply a strong defense you'll need a strong economy.
But, as a former portion of the Dragon Faction, they would also like to see big changes in Tōrōgakure.
▢ Main Supporters: The Aoki Clan (Founder), The Uranami Clan, The Saitō Family.
▩ Faction Directive: The Kirin are strictly non-violent, and do not believe in aggression.
▣ Faction Objective: To strengthen our Defenses, hold a Revolution, and improve the Economy.
▣ Defense: The Defenses and Security of Tōrōgakure is the foremost priority of the Kirin.
▣ Revolution: As former Dragons, they share the strong desire of Revolution in Tōrōgakure.
▣ Economy: To supply their plans, they believe a strong economy must be maintained.
▩ Tradition: They are not concerned about Tōrōgakure's village culture or familial traditions.
▢ Military: They do not want any part in Tōrōgakure's Military, and do not plan to strengthen it.
− The Reborn Phoenix Faction are also not interested in war, but they oppose Revolution!
+ The Rising Dragon Faction hold similar ideals, and are a potential ally despite their leave.
− The Valiant Tiger Faction are dangerous, and are seen as Warmongers and Terrorists.

The Guardian Kirin Faction: Current Views, Objectives, and Goals.

2. Pacifist Preparation: The Protest for Peace.
"We will not sink to the level of striking our own villagers. Instead, we will embrace them.

Rather than having a loud, disruptive, or harmful protest - We will embrace our public,
